Warren Jr. Playground

The Warren Jr. Playground Program is now into its fifth year of existence and has been a great success. The program is open to children ages 4 thru 6 and the content, crafts, activities, etc. are geared specifically toward them. They have their own age specific play structures and are more conveniently located near the restrooms and air conditioned facilities. We also have additional staffing on hand for this age group, just to be on the safe side. This program runs Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm and Fridays schedule various with special events and field trips. We try to balance our special events and trips to help minimize additional cost and try to find an assortment of Friday activities that are both fun and educational. Warren Sr. Playground

The Warren Sr. Playground Program is our largest program and is open to all children ages 6 thru sixth grade. Every day the children will have the opportunity for plenty of free play time, crafts, organized games, sports, and activities all under the supervision of our Summer Staff. This program runs Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm. Fridays are our special event and field trip days. We try to balance our special events and trips to help minimize additional cost and try to find an assortment of Friday activities that are both fun and educational. As always Wednesdays are Popsicle days and we try to mix in a weekly joint activity with the Jr. Playground. For more information please contact the Recreation Director at )610) 777-1343 ext 121.

Montrose Manor Playground

Our Montrose Manor Playground Program will continue in 2012 and will be open to children ages 4 thru sixth grade. This year Montrose will have it's own unique programming and crafts to try to better meet the interests of the neighborhood children who attend the program. This program is a daytime program running from 9am-1pm Monday-Thursday with optional field trips and special events leaving from or taking place at the Warren Recreation Center on Fridays. Gouglersville Evening Playground

We will once again be teaming up with the Gouglersville Fire Company Social Club to bring the residents of Cumru a evening playground program. The program will run 6:30pm-8:30pm Monday-Thursday with Fridays reserved for field trips and special events. This will be the fourth summer we have run this program and we are expecting great things. Our numbers have steadily increased each year, and we have been able to add more and more program each summer. The best part about the program is that it is free through a scholarship program sponsored by the Fire Company Social Club. Call for details.
