"Fight Back! Part 2, Fighting Off A Rapist
This hands-on seminar will pick up from the practical prevention strategies and techniques that were taught in Part 1, Women’s Self Offense for Rape Prevention. An explanation of these strategies and techniques will be reviewed.
Then, Learn how to de-escalate situations, set boundaries and clearly communicate under stress. Then delve into core fight back to escape skills, defense from prone assaults, breakaway and cover-counter explode techniques.
